We have successfully represented and protected our clients throughout the state including engaging in complex litigation involving real estate matters. We handle refinance, deed transfers and document preparation. We have experience with routine as well as complex real estate matters. Some complexities may include environmental issues, complex financing arrangements, public housing and zoning. We have experience in contract negotiation, drafting and review. We also represent landlord and tenants in disputes including litigation, negotiation and/or drafting agreements.
